In this Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions advanced Cisco Expressway course provides in-depth, hands-on training for deploying, integrating, securing, and troubleshooting Cisco Expressway–based collaboration solutions. The curriculum begins with foundational configuration and troubleshooting of the Cisco Expressway series, including endpoint registration, bandwidth management, local dial plans, and built-in diagnostic tools, ensuring participants can establish stable and resilient Expressway deployments.
Building on this foundation, the course covers advanced Expressway features and deep integration with Cisco Unified Communications Manager to enable secure call control, Business-to-Business collaboration, and encrypted signaling and media. Learners implement and troubleshoot B2B calling scenarios, apply security best practices, and configure Mobile and Remote Access to support off-network users and devices securely. The course concludes with integrating Mobile and Remote Access with additional collaboration applications and preparing environments for Cisco Webex Hybrid Services. Extensive lab exercises reinforce each topic, equipping participants to design, deploy, and support secure, scalable Cisco collaboration edge architectures.
