You should receive an email before class with Student instructions containing your course information and items you’ll need for class. It should look like the one below. If you don’t receive a copy, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CTCLC classes are delivered across different time zones. Check the Date, Time, and Time Zone so you don’t miss your start time.

Digital Course Kit: A digital course kit will be assigned to you, you’ll receive a separate email with a unique access code to redeem your materials. For instructions, view the "Digital Kit Instructions tab".
Welcome to the _________ Class, my name is __________ and I will be your Cisco Instructor for the ___________ class. I will also be sending out a WebEx for any Remote Students.
You will receive your electronic courseware from Cisco the Friday before the class start date of (Monday Date) through your email. Class will start at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST/EST/PST/GMT

We use VMWare Horizon View in our Labs so that Audio and Video will flow remotely to your PC/MAC. To make sure your computer will be able to perform the labs next week. Please perform the connectivity Lab that is attached. You will install the View Horizon application so you will need Administrative access on your computer. Please do this on the computer you will be using at the location where you will be next week. Please do not do anything outside of logging in and logging off. This is for testing purposes only you will be assigned different VM for the class.
