CompTIA Convergence+

CompTIA Convergence+ Certification 5-Day
The CompTIA Convergence+ certification proves the competence and knowledge of IT professionals specializing in unified communications. Convergence+ is an entry level certification that focuses on the combination of data technologies, telephony/telecommunications, video and broadcast multimedia technologies.
This course explains how convergence technologies combine data, telephony, and video technologies into a single IP-based delivery system. Many vendors including Avaya are requiring Convergence+ certification as an entry point before attending vendor training. This assures that students attending a specific vendor course will have the base information needed to successfully complete vendor certification.
