What customers say about Current Technologies Computer Learning Center?
During late 2015, I attended 3 Unified Contact Center Training classes which were given by Current Technologies Computer Learning Center. My instructor for all 3 training sessions was Alan Gardner. My training classes included UCCE Part 2 (AUCEE2), CVP Implementation and Deployment, and CUIC Deployment. Alan’s has a wealth of knowledge on current UCCE Releases as well as retired releases, his knowledge includes real-world experiences which provided valuable insight to further my education. The labs created by CTCLC were challenging, fully functional, and spot on with client’s current implementations. CTCLC’s labs provided each student their own pod that allows students to go at their own pace and without impacting other students productivity. Alan’s method he uses to teach covered a broad spectrum, he was able to keep the client motivated, on schedule, including our attention span. Alan’s ability to shift from troubleshooting to training, to mentoring, and even customer interfacing provided the students key indicators as to what is needed to become a valued asset to any Customer who needs Cisco Contact Enterprise training. To expand upon previous comments regarding Alan and CTCLC the training guides are well written and easy to follow, enhanced labs, real-world and current version experience, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, extensive knowledge of Microsoft products made all the difference in my training. I used a different provider for UCCE Part 1 (AUCCE1) and I can say without a doubt there is a significant advantage in working with Alan and CTCLC. Their labs work, Alan is able to identify and resolve real world issues, his ability to maintain class control while keeping your attention. Without CTCLC and Alan I do not believe I would have been able to pass both Cisco Exams, (600-455, 600-460). CTCLC and Alan are both assets which I can depend upon and will definitely use in the future for any Cisco or Microsoft training. Keith Potter | UC/UCCE Engineer

“In order to succeed, you must know what you are doing, like what you are doing and believe in what you are doing.” – Will Rogers
Wally Gardner is successful as he teaches the Convergence Technologies course because heknows what he is doing, likes what he is doing and believes in what he is doing. I was fortunate enough to have Wally teach the class I attended the week of March 12th in Lisle, IL.
Wally’s knowledge of the technology and ability to apply real world experience enable him to effectively teach the course. His experience with the evolution of the technology combined with his enthusiasm for the subject creates an environment in which the students want to learn – and do! In addition Wally’s instruction provides excellent preparation for the CTP exam – providing the students the knowledge, confidence, and encouragement needed to pass the exam.

“The class was great! It was very informative and really opened up my eyes to the art of intrusion detection. I didn’t really realize there were so many avenues available for hackers to crack systems. Our instructor (Scott Murphy) was also excellent. He paced the class very well and offered a bevy of resources outside that which was included in our class material”
“At work we have since implemented a more proactive approach toward intrusion detection. We also plan to purchase some of the software we demo-ed in class, namely GFI Languard”
Paul Quebbeman, Technical Service Manager
I just wanted to drop you a line in regards to the convergence class that I took at your facility.
I have been in the Telecommunications industry for over 25 years in a technical capacity. I found the instructor (Alan Gardner) to be outstanding. The documentation was clear and concise and a great aid to my learning. I am now much more confident in understanding and successfully implementing VOIP technology.
I feel that due to my experience, I had a leg up on the Telecommunications portion of this class, but both the Convergence and Data Networking portions, were able to tie it all together. To implement today’s telecommunications technologies all of these skills are required and I now feel that I am well prepared to tackle these challenges. Thanks again.
